Port Townsend Paper Corporation has named Carr Tyndall as the new Mill General Manager. Tyndall will assume responsibility for all mill operations, previously held by former PTPC President Roger Hagan, as of March 30th.

Prior to accepting his new role at Port Townsend Paper Corporation, Tyndall was Plant Manager for KapStone Paper and Packaging at their Summerville, SC mill. Tyndall has an extensive background and over 30 years of experience with industry leaders such as Smurfit-Stone Container Corp, International Paper, and RockTenn Company.

Tyndall holds a bachelor’s degree in Paper Science from North Carolina State University and an MBA from the University of Florida.
