Will Lindsay was named CEO of Crown Paper Group in December 2022.  Will is a highly experienced leader, with 32 years of focus in the Paper and Packaging Industry. Throughout his career he has held various management positions in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Planning. He is a leader who will develop and implement an overall plan that will help promote our path to continued success.

Rob Kreizenbeck

Chief Operations Officer, Port Townsend Paper Company

Rob Kreizenbeck joined PTPC in April 2023. He brings 30 years of experience in the paper industry and a focus on operations management. Rob’s background includes roles in operations, maintenance, and reliability leadership across the county.  

Bert Brown

Bert Brown is a focused leader, recognized for delivering superior results with over 30 years’ experience in managing operations and maintenance in a mill setting. He is a visionary, with the ability to create and execute strategic and operations plans and a track record for finding innovative ways to grow revenue and increase margins by maximizing available resources.

Kevin Wright

General Sales Manager, Port Townsend Paper Company

Kevin Wright joined Port Townsend Paper Company in 1984 and served in varying positions as Technician, Product Analyst, Technical Director and New Product Development Manager. Prior to his current role, he served as Export Sales Manager until 2004.

Kraig Michels

Human Resource Manager, Port Townsend Paper Company

Kraig Michels joined PTPC in June 2022.  Kraig has over 15 years of Human Resources Leadership focusing on HR strategy, operations, recruitment, and payroll.  He has over 25 years of benefit and retirement plan experience and has successfully converted several HRIS and talent acquisition Software programs as a project manager.
